Lunch- Peanut butter sandwich (whole grain bread), Grapefruit juice
Dinner- Fajitas (soft taco with steak*, shrimp, cheese, and lettuce)
* has less fat - was grilled on "forman lean fat grilling machine" so it was supposedly less fatty and better..
