How did I eat today?

Breakfast- Banana, Orange juice, and toast with strawberry jelly (bread is whole grain), multivitamin

Lunch- Peanut butter sandwich (whole grain bread), Grapefruit juice

Dinner- Fajitas (soft taco with steak*, shrimp, cheese, and lettuce)

* has less fat - was grilled on "forman lean fat grilling machine" so it was supposedly less fatty and better..

  1. Honestly, eating like that is great. But eating anything in moderation is good for you.. it's only pigging on things that make you gain weight.

    Very nice meal plans, and they actually sound good, lol. I want Mexican now.

  5. I guess that is what the average healthey person eats but maybe a bit more. It was kinda healthy but I think U did an ecellent job. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

  6. Banana, OJ, and jelly are all pretty high in sugar.  So is peanut butter unless you used the natural kind.  For the juices, you'd be better off eating the whole fruit, instead of just the juice cause then you get more fiber and feel fuller.
