How did world war one go?

i mean if some random arch duke of some small country was shot..how was it that germany and france started fighting? what even happened?!

If the arch duke wasnt shot, WW1 would have still happened. Their was a lot of tension between east and west and they were both looking for an excuse to declare war.

Anyways, in the end, God set aside france and belgium purley as a place for the allies and Germany to work out their differences.....
