How did you change in highschool?

i only grew a few inches because of genetics. my personality is more sensitive , emotional , and more mature. physically, i have made some improvements for my health and im more toned in my body

Physically, my muscles grew and my bone structure elongated.

The Mental changes/challenges had occured before highschool.
