How do I boost My Confidence? ?

I never used to be a Self Conscious person when I was younger but since about 8th grade up to now (10th grade) I've about the lowest Self Esteem know to man

Its hard just to have a simple conversation with people. I can't really function socially any more.

It's EASILY the BIGGEST problem I have with myself and have had with myself for the past 3 years.

I sometimes have these days where EVERYTHING is back to normal, Confidence is back, I'm Fun and Playful. Basically I feel like I am back to my normal self.

Although, this only happens maybe once or twice a month. It happens Very rarely and when it does, I almost feel like I'm high cuz I don't worry about anything and Everything's all nice and happy.

I just wish I could increase the amount of times this happens. In Words that most people understand it as, "I want to Build my Confidence"

I just want to be back to my normal self, which is really funny, really laid back, really into everything, really friendly, and just really happy

Does anyone have any advice that can help me build my confidence?

BTW: I'm 15 just starting sophomore year in High School

  1. find people that have no problem being themselves. Hang with a positive crowd, and sooner or later you'll start to let your real self break out of that shell that's been keeping you all this time. I guess that's kind of what I do. I try to spend time with people who have no problems being themselves, and just by that I know they won't mind me being me. I hope this makes sense haha. But really, don't worry, I know what you're feeling, I felt it just about the same time you have
