    crossfit.com is actually an excellent site also...BUT keep in mind if you have a narrow frame theres no exercise that will help you get around that one

Lie upside-down against a wall and press yourself upwards.  Do at least 3 sets to failure.  Then grab anything of significant weight and do shoulder raises to the front, side and bend over to do the rear.  At least 2 sets to failure for each of these.  Control the weight both going up and down, do not swing it, hold it at the top for 1-2 seconds and squeeze.  Its all about the mind-muscle connection not the weight.  DO NOT USE MOMENTUM.  You can follow this up with arm circles.  Good luck.
