How do I connect TWO Tivos?

My boss has two Tivos & he wants me to set up the network so that he can record a program on 1 Tivo, and then use the Tivo wireless adapter to watch it on the other TV. They both have Tivo wireless adapters so they download program data and info via internet. How do I do this? Any info? Thank you in advance!
