How do I deter discrimination

I work as a Pharmacy Tech and my co workers have made a comment about the customers being mean to me because I am Asian, which is somewhat true. Anyways I grew up in LA where there is some discrimination but not like where I am living now which is in Pueblo,CO. What can I do to make racist people understand that Asians are just the same people like them.

the customers have the right to free speech but maybe u could file something against ur coworkers....racism is deeply ingrained in people,i dont think there is anyway to make them stop being racist.

Report all those who are discriminating you and file a criminal charge if necessary.
