There are no easy one two three steps on how to draw anything.

you should know that to draw, you should have alot of patience and never give up.

you need three main things:.

1)observation

look at other drawings, study them. look at the way the hand was drawn, they eye and so on.

2)practice

practice practice and practice. your drawing wont get better any other way. keep drawing and never give up. don't compare your drawings to someone seeing how their level is better than yours. compare is and see where are your mistakes and how to fix them.

3)Time

know that you need time to develop. don't expect to develop quickly. never give up.know that time is power. the more time you spend drawing the more you develop. Keep drawing and never stop. take your time in each drawing.

4)learn the basics

learnt he basic anatomy, i know you wanna draw anime, but start by learning the basic and work from there.

5) look for critic

show your friends and you family, show you art teacher and listen to the critic, know what critic to accept. if its about the style then never mind cuz its your style. if its about mistakes in your drawing then listen and try to fix it.

don't let critic put you down or discourages you.

These should be a good start. I started drawing namga with charcoal and sketchpad as my medium, as I got older I got into pastel, and electronic software. But many of us actually still prefer our inistial work in pencils and inks. mostly just adding effects and fixes using the softwares. It's a matter of artistic taste as to what form you chose, my friends still doing manga with oil based paints.
