  1. spray some pam in skillet, put in vegetables ,saute awhile then add rice stir in soy sauce then scramble in an egg,eat well

  2. i never heard ofbeans in it but you could if you wanted

cut the veggie a bit, into bite sized pieces, put all the veggies in a pan, add soy sauce, simmer on a lower temperature untill cooked

at the same time cook the rice in another pot/ rice cooker

    voula!

  3. no you dont need beans to make a stir fry its whatever you like to put in it.

then you can put oil in the pan cook the veggies with soy sauce or veggie mushroom flavor msg free oyster sauce with no oyster juices what so ever in it and its vegan or which ever sauce you use

thats how i make my food

    hope it sounds semi good...

  4. get a wok.

    add olive oil.

    add rice

    add the ingredients,

    and stir.

  5. how do u make stir fry:..

U srit it then yah fry it

  6. chicken beef and reef babe

  7. with rice duh

  8. olive oil and soy sauce

  9. Rice or lomein noodles are good

  10. i would help but i dont know what that is sry

  11. well when you cook it, you have to cut the vegetables pretty thin, and drizzel it with oil, and cook it in a pan, for a couple of minutes. idk the exact time, but it goes by fast cause the vagatables would be cut thin. i dont think you would want to add beans to a vetable entree, they would get mushed, and they wouldnt cook through all the way

  12. OK brown rice  2 waters per rice by measure, boil water, rinse rice, add rinsed rice to boiling water, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes.

If the beans are pre-cooked just drain them and wait for the rice, otherwise cook them.

In skillet about 8-10 minutes before rice is done, add 2 tbsp cooking oil nd heat to high temp.  add veggies and sear, then add 1/4 cup water and cover to steam for about 3-5 min.  Season with garlic and soy sauce or teriaki sauce.

    Turn off rice.

Add cooked beans to steamed rice and cover for 5 min

Serve with soy sauce or similar, garnish with cilantro  Sweet& sour or hoisin sauce is also pretty nice.

  13. use the veggies and do the brown rice and then add them last thing the veggies. you can do pices of pork meat up small or steak small and then when its cooked in olive oil and then add the stir fry liquid from the grocery store they come in bottles and one for chinese it there. its good and tastes good also.

  14. You don't have to add any beans, pre-cook the rice and whack it in the wok with some nut oil, add the veg and stir until the veg is done but still a bit raw (add soy or any sauce you want). Noodles are better than rice for a stir fry.

You can just have the rice boiled and not stirred if you want. Make sure the pan is at a raging heat and continuously move the ingredients around, there is NO simmering in a stir fry lol.

  15. you dont have to

get  a wok  ( or frying pan)

    add some oil and garlic

    let it heat

    add veggies

    stir

sauce if you have it- soy teriak, general

read the label some have meat juice

    fry until done

pour over cooked rice or throw rice in pot toward the end

you can add beans or tofu but its not needed

  16. There are no rules.

experiment.  Generally speaking you do the following:

    wash and cook rice

    wash and cut veggies.

peel and fine chop garlic and ginger

put extra virgin olive oil in wok

    heat it on high temp

    throw in garlic and ginger

    stir a bit

    throw in veggies

    stir stir stir

get lid, add some water to lid, put lid on

woosh... veggies being steamed by water

    let cook a bit

time to time open and stir and add more water if need be

they should be hot all the way through, but not soggy, still crisp

Then you can add some soy sauce if you want then stir stir stir

you are done, put it in a dish

    eat with rice.

You can add cooked beans, tofu or whatever you want.
