How do I put on weight?

I am 15 (a girl) and only weigh about 53kg while I am 168cm tall. I am really skinny compared to all my friends. I cant put on weight! what can I do?

  3. 53kgs. for the age15 is right. if u look skinny, u continue to look so, because it is u. u may look more beautiful next year. best wishes

  4. Well i really think that you should see a doctor first cuz it could simply be a thyroid problem, or your metabolism is to fast. You could also consider going to a dietitian and they could tell you what you should be eating and then you should be right on track with things.

  6. I'm not going to tell you to eat junk food. That's a bad idea, but instead increase consumption of healthy food. Eat what you normally do but add a banana smoothie, an avocado and a few handfuls of nuts.. pasta, potatoes, bread, bananas, basically anything high in carbohydrates is good for weight gain.. I'm in the process of weight gain and I've been enjoying wholesome meals spaghetti bolognaise, meat and vegetable pies, lasagne.. along with as much fruit and peanut butter as I desire.

  7. as strange as this question sounds, don't excersize, sleep late, and eat lots of doritos or fatty foods.  

  8. don't change yourself, if you aren't unhealthily skinny, then it's just the way you are.

  9. eat Ramen Noodles
