How do I start a website?

I want to start a website but I don't know how. I can do html and css and what not. I also can get co.nr for a domain name, but where can I host it? I am very confused on how to get it onto the internet! HELP ME PLEASE!!!

Start With A Blog and then go from there

You need a server to put the site on. Most domain registry places offer that service as well (for a fee). Check with the site you registered with.
