  1. They adjust to being blind, just like you are used to being able to see.  They are able to find things like forks, pick them up, and use them, just like you can.  They have their other senses to rely on.

  2. They usually just pick the food up and put it in their mouths, chew, and swallow....

  3. Just as sighted people do, except they don't often eat alone since blind people are usually very popular and have a lot of friends.

  4. It's pretty easy, I'd think. If you close your eyes and try to eat, it's not that hard, although it may take a little practice to get completely used to it.

  5. the same way people who can see eat, i imagine.

  6. well blind people have to feel things often to find out what it is   but im guessing it can be the smell

but it just like eating with ur eyes closed its no big deal

  7. easy its like eating with your eyes closed

  8. Exactly the same as a sighted person would do.

There are so many tools that they can use to modify their kitchen like a talking microwave, braille on the dials of the cooker and hobs etc and they would cook as normal.

Being blind doesn't automatically make someone do things any differently to a sighted person, they do exactly the same as their sighted counterparts would do (and in all fairness they probably do it better!)

You will find that for a blind person, they will organise their kitchen, the foodstuffs, bottles, tins etc in a way that works for them so that they can visualise in their mind where things are.

    Hope this helps you
