  3. For training

1 pair of handwraps - one wrap per hand.  I go twice around the wrist, twice around the knuckles, around the thumb, criss cross around the back of hte hand and then go through each of the fingers before ending around the wrist.

    For a professional fight.

2 rolls of gauze per hand.  Take one roll and layer it back and forth to make a "knuckle pad".  Set that to the side.  Get the other roll and start around the wrist, go around the thumb, knuckles, and do a criss cross over the back of the hand.  Then place the knuckle pad over the knuckles and wrap around that 2 or 3 times, before finally ending around the wrist.  Then get 1" athletic tape and tear 6" strips (cutting them in half".  Put a strip between each finger.  Then take the roll of tape and tape around the hand and wrist.  It is illegal to tape on the knuckles, so you will see about a 1" area of gauze that does not have tape over it.

    I hope this info helps.
