ok, I'm writing my friend an email as a prank... she recently had jaw surgery and i'm posing as the doctor... how can i make is sound realistic and how should i sign the email? Here's what i have

I am emailing you concerning your recent surgery; I am sorry to have to tell you this, but after reviewing the procedures taken to put you on the track to good health, we realized that we made a mistake in the operation.
Someone will be calling you in the next few days with details, and a date as to when you are strongly suggested to come in for correctional surgery. We are sorry for the inconvenience, and assure it will not happen again.
