How do i Shrink a Video!!?!?

OMFG I finally finished them but i go to shrink it on windows movie maker and select Capture video but it says the video device is in use WTF!!?!?!!?!? Please help

You  need to give us more information about what you're doing.  What sort of camcorder are you using, how is it connected?  As a complete shot in the dark, are you trying to capture via USB and you've got a webcam in use that WMM is choosing as the default video device?
