get into etihad airways?

I'm 16 years old and completed my secondary school with a 75%

Where i live there is a cadet pilot programme starting from ages 18-24

How do i get in?

I'm 16 would it be better if i just took aerospace engineering in grades 11 and 12 will it be a plus point?(till i reach the right age, 18)

You can start flying now, but getting a commercial ticket is not possible until you are 18.

Most airlines will not take you until you are 21 and all the flight colleges here in Canada will not take you under 18.
