How do i bless something?

its for a spell, i need to bless my seacreature amulet, and i want to know how? the proper way?

Send it lots of light and or positive thoughts.

To do so just close your eyes and imagine bending lightwaves or rys towards it.

It will keep some of this positive energy for quite some time. You can also do this for people you like who have a problem or for people you don't like so that things might improve.

For an amulet a good practise is to get a stick of cleansing/empowering incense (sage, sandalwood or lavender is good, but since its a sea-creature then an incense that's to do with water would be good) a candle ( white or blue in your case) a bowl of water with salt in it and a bowl of salt or a crystal (perhaps aquamarine?) pass the amulet threw the incence smoke and imagine the amulet being cleansed by air (you can say something like "i cleanse this amulet for *your purpose* by the powers of air" but its not absolutly nessasary) then pass it through the flame of the candle imagining it being cleansed by fire etc. then sprinkle the amulet with a little water and repeat the process, then with the salt etc (or place it on/near the crystal) if youre worried the insense smoke/flame/water/salt will damage the amulet then you can just pass it near the object. then to empower and dedicate it to its purpose, hold it in your hands, and imagine it filled with light and your own energy and state its purpose (out loud or in your mind) you can also leave it out in the sun/moonlight (moonlight is better for a water based amulat) to empower it. :) *Blessed Be*

It kind of depends on what you're going to use it for, doesn't it?

Usually, with an object, a blessing consists of consecrating it for a specific purpose and invoking/evoking the name of a particular deity to empower it.
