How do i burn leg fat?

im 15 ,5ft 4 ,8 stone and have relatively skinny top half , and my bottom half , ie : legs ,thighs are realy fat in comparison ,does anyone have any tips on how to rid of it !!

  1. cycling and/or running are good for toning up legs and good for general fitness too.


  2. Get a bike and start cycling.

  3. lots and lots of cardio, leg lifts, calf raises and so on.

  4. yeah, bike riding is really good!!!

  5. I would recommend doing leg exercises to build up your muscles - lunges and squats - then i would go for a walk to burn off the fat - the more muscles you have the easier it is to burn fat.

  6. a really good way to lose leg fat and gain muscle almost all over ur body it to ride a bike for an hour every day

  7. omg that's so freaky! I'm the same age as you, same height and weight and have the same problem! i'll keep an eye on this question!  

  8. well im not so sure cause usually you got to burn fat everywhere but try biking,running,sports and eat healthy try to eat 5-6 meals a day all being small and healthy.and get plenty of water thats about it! good luck
