You probably cannot - ppl were even relocated from .com to .sg.

Try to get the same e-mail name at .com that should prevent that You are relocated to.sg.

If that does not work out find a proxy server e. g. in Germany.

I got an id and mail at .com with German IP. You can perhaps

combine the two ideas.

But that is an assumption - I can not try or test it from the EC.

@Fuzz: some ppl have been relocated from the old Yahoo.com place to Singapore - They seem to want their old address back.
