How do i clean my eye?

they said that my eyes so cute... but actually, i hate it... it is easily iritated from the sun, wind, and even in the aircon...and sometimes cause me an insecurity...

i am a receptionist, and everytime their is a visitor, i cant directly looked at them or having an eye to eye contact during conversation, because my eyes sometimes red or let us say "not clean" i mean the "eye balls". this is one of my big prob.pls help me what will i do... except seeing a doctor.

until i read except a doc i had ur solution which wuz 2 go & have ur eyes takin out & rinsed & the docs can put em back in ur eye. jus kiddin even though they can really do that i don't know who would have enough heart or that i'd be 2 afraid 2 lose my vision

I don't understand how your eyes are dirty??? The outside might have sleepy stuff on them, just wipe it off with a warm washcloth.  The actual eyes though? Eyedrops if they're red I guess.

It's hard to tell from this what your problem might be.  If your eyes are simply dry and irritated, then eye drops should help.  If eye drops don't help, then you probably do need to see a doctor or an optician.  

If you wear contact lenses, then you need to stop wearing them for a couple of weeks as they may be irritating your eyes.

You might have an infection or an eye disease, in which case you definitely need to see a doctor.  So if eye drops don't clear up the problem within a few days, I'm afraid you really will need to seek treatment.  You only have one pair of eyes, so look after them!
