I assume you are referring to your browser's cache, where copies of web pages, images and other media are saved for faster browsing.

In Internet Explorer: Click on 'Tools' and then 'Internet Options' and choose the 'General' tab. Then click on "Delete..." under "Browsing history". In the 'Temporary Internet files' section, click 'Delete Files...'. A small dialog box will open, click 'OK'.

In Firefox: From the "Tools" menu, choose "Options". Select the "Privacy" tab. Under "Private Data" click the "Clear Now" button. In the dialog box that opens, click "Clear Private Data Now".
