How do i do this!?????????????

Question

i have a frame that has a 9 opening collage. and i want to enlarge a picture then cut it into nine 4x6 pictures.

problem is. i don't know how. and i'm in too much of a hurry to figure it out.

use rasterbator, its a program that blows pictures up

The easiest solution is to take your photo to Kinko's and have them blow it up for you.  You can work with a photo editing program and your printer to have it printed the way you want, but a trip to Kinko's would probably be the fastest (and least aggravating) option.
