How do i eat healthy?

i workout most days like 5 times a week and i have started doin cardio but my body doesnt look the way i want to to. i know i have to eat right but what exactly does that mean. im not really looking to lose weight just eat right to get a good six pack

what do i eat??

what don't i eat??

how many calories should i be eating??

any other tips??

  1. you need stuff like meat and potatoes, but not too much. you need more fiber, like veggies and fruit.


  2. If you eat meat, you want it to be lean healthy meat, perferably white meat like chicken or turkey.

    You should avoid carbs if you are trying to get trim and fit, and foods that are prepackaged or high in sugar.

    Foods that are good

    Vegatables, fruits, and rice.
