How do i edit pictures?

Question

I want to edit pictures like photodhop but i dont wanna have to pay...i tryed photobucket,picnik. they just cant do the effect that i want. here is a picture of what i would like to do..

if you go onto www.download.com

then search for &#039;adobe photoshop&#039;

you can download the laatest photoshop editions FREE!

The trial last only 30 days but you can always downlaod it again.

it takes a while but is definitly worth the wait :)

if you have your own computer and are not sharing wiht anyone else then you can change the date back 30 days, everytime the trial runs out so it will start again without having to download it again :)

it is a trial but it includes ALL the features

Try the Gimp it is similar to Photoshop with the advantage of being  free.

picasa is what i use, and it uploads all your pictures.

its really good.

and also its free!
