put a lot of effort into it. playing card games or problem solving games will condition your mind... try the card game "set" or play suduko, do cross word puzzles. try riddles. there are a lot of websites out there with fun "educational" games to play, like http://brainist.com/, or you can check the mensa website for a list of sites they endorse. read famous novels, history books, autobiographies, anything that you think you have some kind of mild interest in and could possibly educate you in some way or another. keep up on current events.
