Im not a fat person, really, i weigh 110 lbs and im 5'4.its just that i have no muscle whatsoever and my whole body is bone with fat surrounding it. pretty dreadful.. working out is extremely difficult for me because i always end up sick or blacking out. i eat enough calories!so how can i burn fat without exsessive cardio? Or will it have the same results if i take breaks?!Category
