How do i loose fat????

Im not a fat person, really, i weigh 110 lbs and im 5'4.

its just that i have no muscle whatsoever and my whole body is bone with fat surrounding it. pretty dreadful.. working out is extremely difficult for me because i always end up sick or blacking out. i eat enough calories!

so how can i burn fat without exsessive cardio? Or will it have the same results if i take breaks?!

  1. Let me help you. I'm a personal trainer who lost 75 lbs. First of all you need to eat the right amount of foods. proteins, carbs and fats. Protein keeps you full, carbs are pure sugar and will turn into fat. Fat will keep you goin but cant eat alot. In order to loose weight you dont have to do excessive cardio, but key is to keep mixing it up. 20 min is ok, just mix between walking-uphill is good but not crazy, bike, swimming. Dont forget weight or resistance training, Be Careful. You can do push-ups, crunches, wall-sits, depending on if you go to gym or not.

    Dont over do it, you should have a piece of fruit before a workout the natural sugar will keep your body fueled and lots of water. Put another message on here or email me if you need more help.


  2. eat as many calories you wiegh a day plus another zero. like for you eat 1100 calories a day and thats it && you will loose fat.
