ok so i know the basics to make wine, im trying it for the first time so i dont need anything expensive, but i am wondering does the juice have to be 100 percent? or can it be 30 percent? cause i know the whole thing about the ascorbate acid that cannot be in the juice, its 30 percent cranberry juice with no ascorbate acide, but it does have vitamin C and i was wondering if i can make wine with it and there is about 32 ounces left of it so how much yeast and sugar should i put in, also how can i increase the alcohol content?

  1. Look in the yellow pages and find the nearest homebrew store.  They will have the extracts that you will need and more advice than you will understand.  Since it's your first time, YOU WILL need plenty of advice, and listen to it closely.  STERILIZATION, sterilization, sterilization.  After you make some good batches, some bad batches..you'll have more questions for your local homebrewer.  Good luck!  I make beer, myself, but the processes are the same, equipment sold at the same shops.

  2. Take the Cranberry juice, put it in a bowl then add a bottle of vodka.
