How do i reboot my system?

(not restart) how do I do a compete system reboot?to make my laptop as if it were new?

Id guess you're a windows user though because I've never met a Mac user who had to reformat.

Be sure that you have both your windows disk and serial key before reformatting though. If not you will have an expensive piece of plastic.

You mean you want to reformat your computer. This will wipe ALL data and information off your disk. You need to boot from the computer operating cd that came with your computer(will say like windows xp disk or vista) follow the onscreen instructions and it will reinstall your operating system
