The breeder you obtained your kitten from should have given you that information. If you were not given papers to fill out and mail in, then the cat cannot be registered. If it was not obtained from a reputable breeder, it is not even a purebred cat, and only purebred cats of proven lineage can be registered. Contact the breeder your cat came from and ask if his/her cats are registered and if you can obtain the papers to send in for your cat.
