  2. Great question. I have ran most of my life, cross country track ect. And I know what its like to start running when im completely out of shape.  Really no matter how good of shape your in, the first few times is gonna be tough!!

    So, grab a good fitting pare of tennis shoes, running shorts or comfy clothes and head out usually in the morning cause its cooler and cleaner air.

    This is strictly my opinion, theres no wrong way or good way of doing it.  Honestly start off by stretching, it might seem tedious but it should be part of your ritual. Start off trying to touch your toes standing up, do it sitting on the ground, and try to do the splits, ect. just stretch some.

    Then, how about.... start of first 5 minutes walking or jogging really slow, just go at an easy pace and enjoy the nature. Honestly for the first like half time you shouldnt really be breathing hard, just enjoy it.  

    You will get tired first before you get warmed up. Naturally your body has to wear out some in order to perform and get warmed up.  Just like runners do a bunch of warm up laps before a race.  So once you start feeling discomfort, dont worry just slow down a little and it will go away.  Most importantly dont worry about it, keep looking at the scenery ect.

    I would recommend going out for 20 to 30 minutes, and in a week build up to maybe 30-40 minutes. then after a couple weeks an hour. Also, you can walk and break it up with little walk breaks. just dont stop instantly.

    Make sure you stretch some after your done, and maybe end it with 5 minutes of walking.  try to eat something or drink something within half hour and thats it. congrats.
