How do i stop food cravings?

I'm ALWAYS craving food even when I'm full. I don't want to distract myself or chew gum or drink water. I just want the cravings to STOP. what can i do?

  1. Try brushing your teeth, maybe mouth wash too, right after you eat, so everything you eat will tast awful.


  2. Load up on salads and protein.  Hold down the carbs.  Exercise. Can you cut out high fructose corn syrups, and sugar?

  3. Walk backwards for for 20 yards with your finger on your nose while simultaneously smacking your lips.  

  4. I have several ideas that have worked for me.

    1. Everytime your cravings start, try and work out.

    2. Everytime you feel like stuffing yourself with food, do some homework.

    3. Drinking water before and after meals help, alot.

    4. Push ups.

  5. Try slim fast weight control bars

    they make craving stop in about a minute

  6. chew ice or gum

  7. I've heard hypnosis works

  9. EAT SUNFLOWER SEEDS AND FILL YOUR TUMMY WITH WATER  

  10. sit with yourself and think about why you are craving for it.. sometimes it may not be a carving.. but u just feel like you want to get that food into your mouth.. you could be acting this way perhaps because you are upset or stressed and you want to numb yourself... so you end up eating something and "swallowing" the feeling instead... try to sit with yourself and watch what happens if you choose not to eat when you have such a craving 'attack..' with time you'll realise cravings come and cravings go... no big deal..

  13. 1) Go to your doctor to check if you have some sort of hormonal or thyroid problem.

    2) Drink a large glass (or two) of water before you indulge in your cravings.  I know you don't want to, but it's quite necessary. Eat things like brown rice (it helped me stay full for 6 hours once!) and whole grain oatmeal.  Note: whole wheat bread won't work; if you can't see the individual grains, don't bother with it.  Also add more lean protein.
