You can any free image hosting over the internet. You need to upload the picture and copy the direct link or the URL of the picture.You don't need to sign-up some of the free image hosting below.

which website are you trying to upload it to ?

try using picassa.com or snapfish.com if you want to upload pictures and share it with your friends.
