How do you clean a dvd?

we rented a dvd and it doesnt work. its all fuzzy and the sound isnt working. how do you clean them,does windex work??

Bring it to Family Video and they will clean it for you in this machiene thing.

if it's a regular dvd,use pledge(furniture polish).

Is the DVD blu-ray? I'm not exactly sure but if it is not then I don't think you should clean it with Windex. Try it with water and tissue. If it still doesn't work then exchange for another one.
