  1. well i use to work for asphaut co. and the best is sealer to spray on you roll it on and it wont last

  2. Are you referring to asphalt or concrete? I assume you mean asphalt. If so, a seal coat is applied with a large squeegee. The seal that can be bought at Home Depot type stores, are usually about 70% water. Guard Top from the plant, is closer to 30% water. Regardless, asphalt seal coat is oil and water forced together. Once the seal is applied to a pavement, the water is ejected and the hydrocarbons the sun had removed over time, are replaced. So, you need:

    - squeegees, 1@3', and a 'detail' 1@1'

    - A mechanical mixing method, especially if store bought seal.

    - Push broom and water hose. Must clean pavement first.

Have the pavement damp before coating, and apply at least 2 coats. Then keep dry a day or two if possible.     Good luck.

  3. Generally a patch system is used first to fill in cracks in the driveway then the usual system most people use is a good roller meant for this type of application this can be a very messy task.  Use the airport grade stuff it will last the longest

before giving quotes make sure you can do the job.   If it to much damage it may just be best to tell the people they need to replace the driveway as in new pavement.

I will tell you though this is a do it yourself project most people will just do that why pay someone to do it.   Your basically painting a driveway a trained monkey could do it.  I guess there are suckers born everyday good luck.

  4. use a paint roller or sprayer
