  1. You must first consider if you have reached a reasonable level of efficiency in your front crawl and breas-stroke. Can you manage, say, more than 5 laps of front crawl and 20 laps of breast-stroke, swimming continuously? In that case you would have the ability to try the butterfly, which needs lots of stamina and strength.

It's really hard to explain with words. For more accuracy google and watch some videos. With passion you can pick it up within 4 sessions, really. Nothing so tough. Cheers!!

  2. alright this may sound just a tad bit childish but pretend like your a mermaid and cant pull ur feet apart and whip them in one fluid motion then pull both of your arms over the water and pretend like your playing a circular piano (helps  get ur arms all the way up) and just move your arms out of the water in front of you  then do another big whip kick and at the same time pull you arms back to your side and dont forget to tuck your head because that helps you to go faster ( an untucked head is like a big bull dozer @ the end of your body and just isnt aero dynamic alrighty i hope this helped!

  3. uhh you just bring both of your arms up in front of you while keeping your legs together and kicking them at the same time

    its confusing

    watch a video

  4. You bring both of your arms forward at the same time while kicking dolphin kick (legs together) in a rhythm.

It is really difficult and it takes LOTS OF PRACTICE to get the rhythm down. You have to be in good shape and have built up a fair amount of endurance.

Try googling it and watch a video of someone swimming it.

  5. You can do some drills like 2 right 2 left 2 double nd you need to keep your feet together when u kick nd have a breathing pattern like 2-1 so u take 2 strokes then breath then u take one stroke and breath ect.  but you always bring both arms up when you swim fly
