How do you do what... make those black spots?? Not a very artistic task.  Draw boxes and set the fill for black

open a new project start playying around and make a  background then open your photo and cut around yourself and paste it on the background.

I'm guessing your talking about the background?

just cut yourself out of a pic and put it on some kind of design.

cut your self out of a picture using photoBUCKET with the smart scissors or whatever its called and then paste it onto a pic with a nice background that you like. hope i helped :) goodluckk.

this black spots it is very easy just enter ms paint and draw boxes and fill it in black
