you can look for them online. If you qualify for government grants, then you automatically get them through your school's financial aid office after you fill out your fafsa, and the rest of the paperwork (like the MPN and all the other stuff). If you made less than $16,000 then you might qualify... it all depend on your status as dependent or independent, and if you are independent, how much your parents make.
