  1. The easiest exercise to lose your stomach is flipping off the light switch so that you can't see it.  Ha ha ha.  Seriously though, do some sets of stomach crunches and the exercise where you lay flat on the floor and lift both legs side by side only a couple inches from the floor for as long as you can stand and do it everyday or so.


  2. I hat to say it but the best way is still a good diet and ab workout more muscle burns more calories. stuff like yoga will help to.  

  3. Pilates and yoga are great for toning the abdominals.  For quick treatment I bought one of the belts that you wear to make your stomach sweat...granted it is just water weight but who cares..it makes it smaller.  Also I wear a girdle while I eat to make me eat less and it helps.

  5. Don't go for elliptical machines or ab rollers or crunchers. They are totally useless and will just waste your time. It's more about a well planned and maintainable nutrition plan along with cardio and strength resistance exercises.
