  1. Extra Easy Fudge

    2 cups milk chocolate chips

    2 1/2 cups prepared chocolate frosting

    1 cup chopped walnuts

    Line one 8x8 inch square pan with foil. Lightly butter the foil.

    In a small saucepan melt the chocolate chips over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove the melted chocolate from the heat and stir in the frosting and the nuts stirring until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan and refrigerate until firm. Once firm cut in small squares.

    Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

    1/2 cup butter

    2 1/4 cups brown sugar

    1/2 cup milk

    3/4 cup peanut butter

    1 teaspoon vanilla extract

    3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar

    Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar and milk. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla. Pour over confectioners' sugar in a large mixing bowl. Beat until smooth; pour into an 8x8 inch dish. Chill until firm and cut into squares. serves 15

  2. *Old Time Chocolate Fudge *

    3 cups sugar

    4 heaping tablespoons cocoa

    3 tablespoons light corn syrup

    1 cup evaporated milk

    6 tablespoons butter, plus extra for buttering dish

    1 cup chopped pecans

    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Mix sugar and cocoa; add syrup and milk. Cook in saucepan over medium heat until a small drop forms a soft ball in cold water (234 to 240 degrees F on a candy thermometer). Remove from heat. Add butter, pecans, and vanilla. Beat with mixer or by hand. Pour into a slightly buttered oblong glass dish and cut into squares. Work fast, as mixture thickens quickly.

  5. EASY - DELICIOUS MICROWAVE FUDGE  

    1 box powdered sugar

    1/2 c. cocoa

    1 stick butter, melted

    1/4 c. milk

    1 tsp. vanilla

    Mix all ingredients except vanilla in microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. Beat. Add vanilla (and nuts if desired). Pour into a 8"x8" pan. Chill.

      



      




  6. 2 c. granulated sugar

    1/3 c. cocoa

    2 tbsp. Karo

    2/3 c. milk

    Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Stir until sugar is dissolved, then put on low heat. Place a cover on pan for about 2 minutes to keep it from crystalizing. Boil and bring to a soft ball stage. Without stirring, remove from fire. Drop in 2 tablespoons of butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla (don't stir until lukewarm). Beat until it begins to lose its shiny look, pour onto platter, cut when cool.
