i mostly need to know how to ferment it, not distill

You only need a sugar source such as potatoes or corn sugar. In the case of potatoes you will need a amylase enzyme to convert the starch into sugars. This is fermented with a high attenuating yeast-turbo yeast. You can google these items on the internet for purchase.
