FOr example, a huge event, or a huge court date for you, or something serious is going to happen months from now, or weeks, and then the anxiety of the day coming already, and all that pressure, stress, thinking about it, playing different scenarios in your head, all sorts of things.
How do you overcome this type of anxiety?
I'm driving myself CRAZY over it.
I Have a courtdate, FINALLY tomorrow morning, and it's been killing me, worrying about it for so long. :-(.
I do take ativan, for anti anxiety, I find it VERY effective but, at the same time, it destroys my memory and ability to think.
