i only make a hundred to two hundred a week. i am a single nineteen year old. i need some sort of health insurance as i have a knee that constantly pops and give me trouble, but i can't afford the medical care so i have to live with it. can you qualify for medicaid if you are single and have no kids? i cannot afford insurance. what is a good way to go about this?

  1. If you are a student you can qualify for state assisted medical. Check with your local state Department of Human Resources dept. They may be able to get you in touch with some insurance that is based on your income, or may-be if you "community" hospital that also bills based on your income.

  3. Get on a bus and come to Canada, tell them you forgot you OHIP card, and you'll bring it in later
