How do you remove a virus??

I have trend micro and it says the system cant delete this virus...it says POSSIBLE_HIFRM...and it says i have to delete it myself...how do i do this??

You should get some anti virus programs

The easiest way to fix it is using Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware (Turn off system restore, Download it, update it, do a full scan, and remove everything it finds).

I would also recommend the following programs to make sure that you don't get infected again in the future:

Spybot - Search & Destroy

Avira AntiVir Personal (This is another antivirus program, so you would need to uninstall Trend Micro to use it. You don't HAVE to, but you might want to try it out since you can uninstall it and reinstall Trend Micro if you don't like it.)

Spyware Doctor Starter Edition

UPDATE: If you want to use an online scanner, try www.eset.com/onlinescan/ But remember that this will only help you with your current infections, and won't keep your computer safe in the future.
