you don't its a job for a pro turbo repair shop bearing replacement tolerance is critical as shaft and bearing do not touch oil acts as the bearing when a shaft spins at 100-000 rpm you cant afford to have metal to metal contact that's why turbo timers are fitted its to allow vane rotation to slow.   yep is correct 100-000 plus rpm on a hard working engine

Servicing a turbo?

There is really no periodic service a modern turbocharger needs other than  regular oil changes (some say more frequent if the engine is driven harder than normal, due to the enormous heat the exhaust transfers to the turbo shaft and bearings).

On my 1989 Dodge (2.5L T1) I will replace the oil supply line every 60K miles to prevent coking  and inspect for  turbine/ impeller shaft wear and leaks (oil and coolant). but other than that, the turbo should need no special service.
