Anyone can shoot a basketball. You just have to practice a lot.

Your arm should form an L shape bent at the elbow. The wrist is back and the ball is resting on the fingertips. The elbow needs to be kept in for a straight shot. Extend the arm and snap your wrist. Sight the rim either above or below the ball.
