Well first of all a cigarillo is a tiny cigar

Basically you light the other end whail inhaling, then you can inhale at will

Make sure your 18 though!

BTW smokeing sucks. I know your going to try it, everyone does but dont do it again, its expensive, plus guys think you look like a looser, that at YOULL DIE much sooner.

If you have never smoked before, and you want to try those cherry-flavored cigars, you should just light one by holding a flame to the end while you suck on the other. Be careful to suck with just your mouth, and don't inhale the smoke. Once it is lit, just continue to do it that way, sucking smoke into your mouth and blowing it out. You can hold the smoke in your mouth for a few seconds and wag your tongue in it to taste it.

Try doing this in front of a mirror. You will probably want to try an inhale. Take just a little bit of smoke into your mouth, take the cigar out, and breathe in very slowly through your mouth. When the smoke starts to burn your throat, stop inhaling and blow the smoke out. With a cigar, this will make you want to cough. Cigarettes are milder and meant to be inhaled.
