How do you take jeans in?

i want to make all my old flare jeans to skinnny ones. i just got a sewing machine and i can't find out how to do it.

also make sure to use the appropiate needle, you might want to tak e a look at your manual for that

Unless you have a heavy duty machine, you would probably mess your machine up sewing denium....especially the seam..you can turn them wrong side out and take a seam straight down from where the flair starts.......
