How do you use bluetooth

I got a samsung blackjack and I want to transfer ringtones from my old motorola razor. They both have sim cards, and bluetooth is turned on, on both of them but the phones can't find each other.

You have to make sure the visibility setting on the blackjack is turned on. If it says hidden the razor won't be able to find it.
