One thing, this is a question that not everybody (in fact very few people over here) could answer. Simple because almost no one over here won any lottery.

Well, if you were interested into North American lotteries. There are some resumes that could be found:

First you will need some money. Pick-3 and Pick-4 games are good to make a small profit. It is important to have a good flow of cash.

Second, you need some good numbers. Prediction sites like the Lottery.Com are good for statistics and analyses of games. Also great for Pick-3 into some specific states.

Third. You need a good (full) lottery system, reduced systems are good enough to take small prizes. But for the great prizes and jackpots maybe you need some hard work and some grands of money!!!

Fourth, you need to buy a REAL ticket and wait until the official draw ...

Buy a ticket and pick the numbers and then hope chance favors you. Ther is NO way to predict a winning set of numbers. If there WERE, do you think the states would be so STUPID as to be running a game that would be guaranteed to make them LOSE because of a way to predict a winning set of numbers in advance? What people fail to understand is that gambling machines have NO memory of what has gone before. History does NOT play a part in the next roll of the dice, flip of the coin or winning numbers drawn. If I toss a coin and 999 times it comes up heads, the odds on the 1000th toss is STILL 50-50! The odds of making that many consecutive tosses come up heads is really steep, but each individual toss is ALWAYS a 50-50 set of odds. Lottery balls falling out of a machine is exactly the same kind of thing, the odds never change on each individual game in exactly the same manner as the coin toss as previous history does NOT count for anything, it is just that there are many more possible outcomes than the simple case of two with a single coin.

Besides, it would be stupid of me to publish a way to predict a winner if there was a way to do it as then, there would be many winners and I would have to split the prize with everyone else that was able to predict the winning numbers! NO WAY! Even if there was a way to predict, I would NEVER tell anyone, and that way, I could keep the whole prize for myself!
