How do you work this?

Question

So I have this VCR and it isnt too old but still farely old and I want to record some shows with it on to a blank VHS but I dont know how to go about it.

I have Dish Network and such so can someone explain to me how to do this?

Connect the RF IN of the VCR  to TV SET OUT located at the back of the Dish Network box.

Connect a coaxial cable from RF OUTon the VCR to the TV’s RF IN

Plug in and turn on the VCR and TV. Tune the VCR and TV to the channel that you use to watch satellite TV programming.
